Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Esearch Agency LLC, will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you sometime in the future via email or phone to follow up on your interest of our services and/or to tell you about specials, new products, new services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Fee (s)

Subscription Fees, Esearch Agency subscription is monthly service at the rate of $100 or $300 per month depending on the original service package selected upon sign up. Customer will pay to Provider fees in connection with the Subscription Plan and the Support Plan selected by Customer to use the Web Services, Data, and Third Party Data (“Subscription Fees”). Thereafter, Subscription Fees for Customer’s use of the Web Services, Data and Third Party Data shall be (i) as described and/or as selected by You via the Site in connection with purchase to use the Web Services, Data and Third Party Data or (ii) negotiated between You and Provider by creating an addendum to this Agreement. Unless otherwise negotiated between You and Provider in an addendum to this agreement, all Subscription Fees are due at the beginning of each subscription term as specified in the Subscription Plan and Provider will charge the method of payment You provide via the Site in the amount of the Subscription Fees in connection with the Subscription Plan that You select. Subscription Fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, tariffs, and other governmental charges (including, without limitation, VAT) (collectively, “Taxes”). Customer shall be responsible for payment of all Taxes and any related interest and/or penalties resulting from any payments made hereunder, other than any taxes based on Provider’s net income.

Refund(s)

There are no refunds for fees paid to Esearch Agency LLC for Local Map and Directory Posting service. All sales are assumed final. Subscribers will be able to make any required changes through contacting Esearch Agency LLC direct, including deletion of the record. If there is any difficulty or questions about this, you may write or email us. Because of our need to ensure updated and accurate records for these listings, there will be no automatic renewal of the listing. You will receive notices to the email listed on your account of the need for renewal.

Guarantee (s)

Esearch Agency LLC, gives end users the ability to be indexed in several search engines, however has no legal bound tie to any of the search engines, which in turn can not guarantee your website, business, entity, etc.. an inclusion or a guarantee Page 1 result. There will be no refunds in the event that any non-inclusion by one of the search engines were to take place. This is a 1 time sale. For each calendar year consisting of 365 days from the time of first sale, you will be sent a notice in which you have the right to be included in another annual renewal. Esearch Agency LLC has the option to sell you a renewal for fair market price or at a discount. Should Esearch Agency LLC not receive payment, Esearch Agency LLC will not assume any guarantee that this service will continue for the proceeding following year.

Esearch Agency LLC also does not guarantee Page Rank 1 or any other ranking. We however do guarantee that we will work very diligently on getting you or your business to Page 1 by using our strategic internet marketing campaigns. Your Page 1 visibility could also be impacted by not utilizing enough of our services. These can be found on our internet marketing index page.

Esearch Agency LLC, also does not host your site, so incase of any down time, this may impact your site rankings as well. Esearch Agency LLC utilizes third party hosting in which case, Client understands agrees to hold Esearch Agency LLC harmless for any act of downtime or interruption that may occur to the website or email. This only includes security breaches.

We will not perform any coding of your site.

Credit Card Information

Esearch Agency LLC uses an offsite 3rd party credit card processing company, Autherize.net to process all of the confidential information. This information is stored with Autherize.net and Esearch Agency LLC cannot guarantee any name selling or security breaches.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us after first 1 months of service. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Video

Our video has assumed that the production company has obtained all written agreements of the use of the store fronts shown if they are NOT current Esearch Agency LLC customers. This service was completed 3rd party and assumes that proper agreements were put in place. Esearch Agency LLC will assume to be held harmless from any issue that may arise.
